General information
1. An administration fee of CHF 100.- will be charged for changes/cancellations of firm bookings made 10 days or less before arrival and for all changes/cancellations during your stay. Only in exceptional situations can alterations or cancellations be made during your stay, by notifying the ski school office before 5.00 p.m. on the preceding day, otherwise the full price will be charged.

3. For organizational reasons changes can occur.
4. In general our snowsports instructors teach in all weather. Lessons are neither given nor charged for only if the weather or snow conditions make skiing impossible. The decision is made by the ski school management.

5. The ski school does not accept responsibility for any arrangements made directly with a snowsports instructor.
6. Liability: The ski school cannot be held liable for any kind of accidents. Ski school tickets are not transferable and their cost can be claimed back only in the case of accident or illness, on the production of a certificate from a local doctor. No refund can be given for unused tickets.
